NAME
       newaliases - rebuild the data base for the mail aliases file

SYNOPSIS
       newaliases

DESCRIPTION
       _N_e_w_a_l_i_a_s_e_s  rebuilds  the  random access data base for the mail aliases
       file _/_u_s_r_/_l_i_b_/_a_l_i_a_s_e_s.  It must be run each  time  _/_u_s_r_/_l_i_b_/_a_l_i_a_s_e_s  is
       changed in order for the change to take effect.
