.TH NFPRINT 1 "University of Illinois" .SH NAME nfprint \- Print the contents of a notesfile .SH SYNOPSIS .B nfprint [ .B "-p" ] [ .BR "-l" "#" ] [ .B "-d" or .B "-nd" ] [ .B "-c" ] [ .B "-t" ] topic [ .I "note-list" ] .SH DESCRIPTION .B Nfprint gives the user the ability to print the contents of notesfiles. .B Nfprint writes to standard output. The text is formatted with .IR "pr" "(1)." When the .B "-c" option is used, the output is filtered through .IR "cat" "(1)" instead. .PP The .BR "-l" "#" parameter specifies the page length to use (66 lines/page is the default). By specifying .BR "-p" "," the printout is arranged so each base note starts on a new page. The .B "-d" and .B "-nd" options specify only notes with the .I "director flag" on or off respectively are to be printed. Use .B "-t" to generate a list of titles only; the text of notes and responses is suppressed. .PP The .B "note list" is the set of notes which are to be printed.
